The starting point is a review of your current ERP, integrations and working practices. Depending on the platform and access available, the next step may be configuration, an integration, a custom extension or a better process.
Can we discuss a project outside India?
Remote projects start with the location, workflow and time zone. Scope and availability are agreed before an engagement begins. Local legal, tax and employment questions require the appropriate qualified specialist.
What should I prepare before contacting you?
Describe one recurring problem, who it affects, the tools you use and what you have already tried. A concrete example is more useful than a long requirements document. Do not send sensitive customer, employee or financial records in an initial enquiry.
